The tools provide an avenue to make creative and legal alterations, but Clothesx AI will not be liable for the misuse of the services. Users are encouraged to adhere to all local regulations, laws, and guidelines. We also reserve the right to deny our services or to monitor any activity involving the use of our services.
Conditions of Use

All purchases, and other customer payment plans designed to enhance user experience. Each plan payment specifies features and options. Plan options may provide extensive access levels with other customer relations inclusions. It may also include a Telegram group or otherwise. Payments will follow each payment period chosen, whether via annual or monthly. These processes can be taken up by engaging with each authorized payment option. At the time of Service choices, Users will receive their Telegram join codes.
Clothesx AI reserves the right, at its discretion, to adjust purchasing options and subscription amounts for universally applied access plans, premium models, or rights extensions.

Cancellation
You have the capability to terminate your subscription at any time, including any "Pro Unsubscribe". If you choose to proceed, your access to benefits will be removed. Refunds may be limited and fully detailed within subscription opt-in and termination actions. You will lose the Subscriber benefits linked with the level of benefit-based opt-in.
Cancellation and Subscription Management
According to Subscription specifics, Users can view subscription details, including start date, end date, and type of subscription plan, under the “Subscription” section online.
Subscribers may at any time issue requests to downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect after the beginning period lapses for current subscription types. If you downgrade and subsequently wish to re-subscribe to a previous level of benefit model, specific rates may adjust automatically based on other subscribers using that period and previous upgrade values recorded. You will also lose linked features, benefits, and point redemptions related to unused tokens from unreceived areas.
Refund and Dispute Policies
Refund Requests: You have 30 days after your payment to request a refund. Refunds will not be issued if you request is made more than 30 days from the payment. However, refunds will be issued if you have used fewer than 30 tokens, regardless of the time elapsed before the refund request.
Dispute Policy
If adequate results in a completed service being less, the subscription will be immediately canceled. All access to premium features and any expensive losses shall be remedied when the dispute is reviewed.
Dispute Process
Investigation: Upon receiving a dispute, we will investigate the transaction details.
Resolution: We make decisions only for justifiable reviews. We will accept it, and refund fees will be informed accordingly via bank or credit card company reply.
Closure: For content dispute, we will provide the necessary evidence to a bank or credit card company to validate the original purchase.
Dispute Resolution: Response time may vary depending on areas to credit card or card company. While we strive to expedite the process, the resolution time is often determined by the financial institution.

Other submissions: Appeals may vary depending and involve linking for dispute legality and abide by release properly.

User's right and company, including received details such as the date and time when incident
External investigation teams.
Note that cancellation of the customer support level will acknowledge the receipt within 24 hours via email. Support aims and endeavors completion rates quickly, followed by any deadlines subsequently.
Immediate Cancellation upon Refund
If subscription is refunded, subscribers' credentials to authorization will be immediately canceled. All access and premium features previously issued during that time or afterward will be rescinded.
Liability
Our website and its materials are offered entirely as an “as-is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Clothesx AI makes no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind related to this website, express or implied, nor provide any assurances about the operation, quality, or appropriateness for any specific purpose. Your decision to use this website is entirely voluntary. We expressly disclaim all representations, implied warranties, expressed, or otherwise relating to damages or otherwise, economic loss, accuracy expectations, consequences, or availability of content accessible at any particular time.
